1. Customizable Solar Power Panels
You can install up to four solar panels on each of our poles. This lets you maximize the efficiency of your off grid lighting system by only using as many solar panels as you need. If your lights are located in a variety of environments, you can customize the number of solar panels on each pole, so you don't have to store more power than you need, and you're not left with weak light in some areas.
2. Adjustable Tenon Attachments
All of our solar lights come with sturdy mounting hardware and angling brackets. We use a tenon to attach the solar panels. This lets you tilt the panels for optimal sun exposure in your environment. You can adjust this for each individual light, ensuring each one collects as much solar power as possible. Our materials strike a balance between weight and strength. You can even place the battery inside the pole if you'd rather keep it hidden. Another option to hide the battery — as well as extend its life in extreme conditions — is burying the battery. If you want the best off grid lighting system, you should be sure the battery can be installed in multiple positions.
7. Increased Battery Capacity
We provide you with up to four times the power of other systems. Our off grid street lighting systems can be fitted with up to two boxes that hold two batteries each. The power-saving technology of our batteries provides five to seven days of reliable light, even with no sun. Our off grid lighting systems also have solar charge controllers, which prevent your batteries from overcharging.
8. Powder-Coated Galvanized Steel Poles
A street light is only as good as the pole it's mounted on, so we don't cut corners on our light poles. We use steel instead of aluminum because it does a better job holding up to damaging vibrational forces. Steel is also more heat-resistant and less likely to warp than aluminum. In addition to using steel, we galvanize our poles with hot-dip galvanization, which provides better rust protection and longer life. The final process we use when producing our poles is powder coating. This is a more environmentally friendly method of finishing than other processes, which can pollute the environment with volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
