How It Works: During the day, photons strike the photovoltaic solar panel. Electrons are drawn from the photons and routed to DC power, then stored in the battery. Greenshine Smart Power Technology prevents overcharging the battery. Sensors in the light's electrical components determine when the sun has dropped below the horizon, telling the electrical management system to shift the flow of energy from the battery to the light fixture.
