What was the biggest problem solved with our lights?Improved Edwards AFB way of life by allowing airmen or civilians to safely exercise and also preventing wildlife accidents (coyote, snakes, badgers, bobcats, and other animals). 2. Why solar vs. conventional grid-tied lighting?Other than saving money on electrical cost with solar, a new project for grid-tied lighting would of cost triple the amount vs solar. 3. Any other benefits and/or comments you would like to share regarding this project?The people of Edwards AFB requested a lighted pathway and we delivered.
